Dreaming Your Life Forward
When God created us, He had built into us a most powerful ability to ensure our survival - the ability to dream. Yet, to many of us, we do not care to use this ability. We deny ourselves our dream, and as a consequence, we drift from our true potential. Is it so difficult to dream? Is it hard to create reasons for ourselves to better our life? Like - a dream to ensure our children gets only the best education money can buy? Or the dream of giving back to your own parents 100 fold because they have given you so much? Or simple dreams - to have nicer cars or homes, or simply to travel and see the world. Or a more benevolent fream of helping other people live a better life? If we do not have a dream, chances are we will be very comfortable with what we have today, and we will not move ourselves forward. By not moving forward, you may not realize your full potential. Or worse, by not moving forward, you may get shot down by impending problems that can squash you where you are. Dreams are fuel to my life. It should fuel yours too. |
