Less Is More
I read Todd Duncan's "High Trust Selling", and one of the points he writes is "Less is more" in sales. Very true - to go about finding as many clients as possible to genrate sales volume might cause you to lose business in the future because the more clients you have, the less time you have to give quality service. Thus, you will achieve a one time sale. Duncan suggest that "Less is more" - service a few clients, but maintain extreme quality. Thus, the few clients that you have will generate repeat business, as well as quality referred business. Which path will you take? |
